Automatic Air Vent 15mm. This air vent is part of the JT Atkinson range and acts to remove air from your heating or hot water system, as it fills up with water – so there’s no need to manually vent the system. The valve works simply, with a float inside a chamber which drops once air exceeds a given level, releasing the valve and the air which is then replaced by water which raises the float up again to close the valve.
