ESi Auto Bypass Valve – ESABV22

The ESI Auto Bypass Valve is an angled automatic bypass valve designed to suit 22mm pipework. Designed to maintain the water flow in central heating systems with TRVs and features a differential pressure range from 0.05 to 0.5 bar and a high capacity flow of up to 50 litres per minute. The max pressure is 16 bar with an intermittent temperature of 120ºC.

The use of an Automatic Bypass Valve is recommended by the UK Government (DEFRA) as Best Practice in the CHeSS guide to central heating systems. UK Building Regulations confirm that if a bypass is installed, an Automatic Bypass Valve must be fitted.
